PURPOSE: A window system having a built-in blind with ventilation and solar power generation functions is provided to prevent dew condensation by efficiently guiding the circulation of air. CONSTITUTION: A window system(100) having a built-in blind with ventilation and solar power generation functions comprises a detection sensor unit(110), a blind unit(120), a drive unit(130), a ventilation unit(140), a control unit(150), and a condenser unit(160). The detection sensor unit measures solar intensity and altitude and the internal temperature of a window. The blind unit has a light shelf slat(122) and a photovoltaic slat(124). The drive unit controls the vertical movement and angle of the photovoltaic slat. The ventilation unit has outer and inner ventilation units and an opening and closing unit. The control unit controls the operation of the drive unit. The condenser unit receives power generated from the photovoltaic slat.
