PURPOSE: A powder coating composition containing aerogel is provided to be usable for insulation and soundproof property at a high temperature and ultralow temperature, and to ensure good fire retardant characteristic, durability and workability. CONSTITUTION: A powder coating composition comprises aerogel powder 3~40 weight %; micro cement 30~70 weight %; hemihydrate 10~40 weight %; silica fume 3~20 weight %; at least one 0.1~20 weight % selected from magnesium silicate, magnesium chloride, pearlite, zeolite, dextrin, and ether starch; CSA expansion material 3~10 weight %, acrylic acid ester copolymerization redispersible powder 1~30 weight %, magnesium oxide 1~35 weight %, polyacrylamide 0.1~5 weight %, and polynaphthalene sulfonate and/or polymelamine sulfonate 0.1~5 weight %.
