PURPOSE: A fungus scraping apparatus for cultivating mushrooms is provided to prevent user to replace a blade after the partial abrasion, by using the blade until the blade is completely worn. CONSTITUTION: A fungus scraping apparatus for cultivating mushrooms comprises the following: a device mounting unit(10) including a device mounting hole(11) in the lower inside; a mount-fixing bolt(12) and a protrusion unit(13) formed on the side of the device mounting unit; a pillar(14) formed on the upper side of the device mounting unit; blade mounting left protrusions(26,26a) and blade mounting right protrusions(27,27a) formed on the upper side of the pillar; a left blade unit(30) formed on a blade supporting left insertion groove(21); a right blade unit(40) formed on a blade supporting right insertion groove(22); and a spring installation shaft(50) formed on the center of a blade installation unit(20).
