PURPOSE: The stalk interbody streamed instrument merges with cage and reinforcement plate to one instrument. In that way the cage insertion and reinforcement plate can be equipped at the same time. CONSTITUTION: The cage(138) comprises the installation hole in inside it is inserted between the cervical spine. The reinforcement plate(102) comprises a plurality of joint holes it is fixed with the fixed screw to cage. The fixed screw is fixed and coupled through the penetration hole formed in the central part in the installation hole.
