FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sieving powders, for example, powders of foodstuffs, chemical or pharmaceutical preparations. Proposed sieve comprises receiver with feeding bid, sieve assembly with sieving bin communicated with feeding bin, rotary device incorporating rotary shaft extending through said feeding bin and sieving bin, cylindrical nozzle arranged in said sieving bin on one axle with said shaft, mixing rotor arranged inside said sieving bin and sieve. The latter comprises multiple rotary vanes fitted on aforesaid shaft to force material from inside of said sieving bin in its outside, powder material or extraneous particles extractor, and powder outlet extending through said sieve into bin outside. Said sieve comprises round-section drum with diameter exceeding that of aforesaid shaft. Note here that said drum extends inside said sieving bin and is located on one axis with sieve and drum. Note also that said drum front face extends from said inside to said feeding bin while aforesaid mixing rotor is fitted on drum outer peripheral surface to extends beyond drum side surface periphery. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of sieving, longer life. ^ 5 cl, 19 dwg |
