FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: disclosed are novel phthalocyanines, which are quaternised derivates of zinc and aluminium tetra(3-thiophenyl)phthalocyanines of formula MPc(SPh)4Rn, where: MPc(SPh)4Rn is zinc or aluminium tetra(3-thiopheny)phthalocyanine, M=Zn, AlX; X=Cl, HO, , , n=4-9. The disclosed phthalocyanines are sensitising agents for formation of singlet oxygen under the effect of visible light.
