PURPOSE: A system and a method for supplying a call forwarding service between heterogeneous networks are provided to supply a call forwarding service even though a CDMA subscriber does not receive a call. CONSTITUTION: A first communication type exchanger(230) transmits a receiving location information request message to an HLR(Home Location Register)(240). In case a receiving terminal(310) is registered in a call forwarding service, the HLR transmits a routing information request message to a GLR(Global Location Register) of a visiting network. The GLR converts a call direction change request message into a call setup reattempt request message.
