PURPOSE: A location information confirming system and a method thereof are provided to confirm the location of a user in an emergency by accumulated record of a moving location of a user. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(10) receives location information. A WiFi communication network(20) performs wireless data communication with the terminal. A server(30) is connected to the WiFi communications network. The server distinguishes identification information of the terminal. The server performs accumulated record of the location information. A receiver confirms the accumulated location of the terminal through the recorded terminal location information.
