FIELD: tobacco industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for production of non-smoking nicotine-containing products like water naswar. Tobacco and scorzonera are cut, dried in microwave field till residual moisture content is about 20% for no less than 1 hour. The microwave field power ensures warming the raw material inside the bits to a temperature of 80-90C. Then tobacco and scorzonera are blended and impregnated with liquid carbon dioxide with simultaneous pressure boost. After impregnation, pressure is reduced down to atmospheric one with simultaneous freezing of mixture. Then one performs subliming and removal of carbon dioxide with simultaneous swelling of the mixture. One adds to the swollen mixture pear juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium or magnesium citrate and water and moulds the produced mixture. The mixture is prepared at the following weight ratio with accuracy of 2%: tobacco - 530; scorzonera - 170; pear juice concentrate in conversion to 70% of dry substances content - 90; sugar syrup in conversion to 70% concentration - 90; calcium and/or magnesium citrate - 70, water up to 1000. ^ EFFECT: one ensures improved organoleptic properties and extended storage life of the product combined with decreasing losses of flavouring substances and initial raw material nicotine. |
