PURPOSE: A steel-concrete composite girder and method thereof are provided to endure compressive load and to improve rigidity by composing upper and lower flanges with steel material. CONSTITUTION: A steel-concrete composite girder comprises an upper flange(120), a bottom flange(140) and a web(160). The upper flange is made of steel material. The bottom flange is made of steel material. The web is made of concrete. A sheath pipe is installed inside a plurality of segmented webs. A strand is inserted in the sheath pipe to connect a plurality of segmented webs.
