PURPOSE: A gel-type antibacterial and deodorant composition is provided to facilitate the use thereof and to maintain sterilization effect for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A gel-type antibacterial and deodorant composition contains stable chlorine dioxide 20-55 weight%, an organic gelling agent 4.5-15 weight%, an inorganic gelling agent 3.5-8 weight%, and water 30-70 weight% is contain. The organic gelling agent is selected among acrylic acid polymer, maleic acid polymer, tragacanth gum, and cellulose.
