PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of polygonal twisted steel fiber is provided to improve the shock resistance and durability by forming steel fiber to be twisted and cutting in a regular length. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of polygonal twisted steel fiber comprises a base(10), a wire supplying part(20), a wire forming part(30), a wire twisting part(40), a wire tension part](50) and a wire cutting part(60). The base fixes all kinds of device. A steel wire is settled in the wire supply part with rolled. The wire supplying part supplies the settled steel wire in uniform speed and tension. The wire forming part forms the cross section of the steel wire as a fixed shape. The wire twisting part transfers the steel wire to the guide roller. The wire tension part pulls the steel wire which is settled in the wire twisting part. The wire cutting part cuts the steel wire using a cutter blade combined in two cutter bodies in a regular interval.
