摘要 FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves treatment of parts with pulse current in electrolyte containing the following, g/l: boric acid 8-12, ethanedioic acid 15-20, borax 10-12, magnesium sulphate 15-20 and ammonium paratungstate 5-7. Treatment is performed at electrolyte temperature of 18-22C. Amplitude of current pulse of cathode half-period is 0.15-0.25 of current pulse amplitude of anode half-period. Treatment is performed at current density of 1.2-1.6 A/cm2. ^ EFFECT: method allows improving the structure of oxide film, obtaining high regularity degree of porous structure, improving film elasticity and enlarging diameter of pores. ^ 1 tbl, 1 ex
