The device has a partition (1) oriented vertically and arranged between a ceiling and a floor (3) of a vehicle. The partition has an upper edge and a lower edge (1b) that is arranged at a distance (D) from the floor to allow deformation of the lower edge, without interference of the floor with the lower edge. The lower edge is connected to the floor by a connection interface unit (9) with which the lower edge is fixed by a shearable integration unit (12). The interface unit authorizes deformation of the floor without interference with the lower edge, after shearing of the integration unit.
