PURPOSE: A warning method and apparatus for the pneumatic pressure of tires using car speed data is provided to warn a driver of problems on the tires using a receiving unit, a monitoring unit, and an output unit. CONSTITUTION: A warning method and apparatus for the pneumatic pressure of tires using car speed data includes a receiving unit(110), a monitoring unit(120), and an output unit(130). The receiving unit receives a pulse signal generated from a wheel sensor attached to the tires, and transmits the pulse signal to a monitoring unit. The monitoring unit calculates the speed of each tire using the wheel rotation number obtained from the pulse signal, and outputs a warning signal when the speed difference of each tire is bigger than the pre-saved differential values. The output unit supplies the warning signal to a driver. |
