PURPOSE: A left and right independent air conditioning device for a vehicle is provided to blow hot air to a driver seat and a passenger seat selectively because the air conditioning device is independently controlled for each section. CONSTITUTION: A left and right independent air conditioning device for a vehicle includes an air conditioning case(100), an evaporator(103), a heater core(110), and an auxiliary heater(200). The auxiliary heater includes an upper housing, a lower housing, a partition, multiple heating parts, multiple radiation fins, and a power supply unit. The partitions is interposed between the upper housing and the lower housing so that the upper housing and the lower housing are divided into a first section and a second section. The heating parts are fixed by the upper housing and the lower housing and installed in the first and second sections. The radiation fins are interposed between the heating parts. The power supply unit selectively applies power to a heating part locating in the first section and a heating part locating in the second part.
