METHOD OF TREATING TRAUMATIC IRIDOCYCLODIALYSIS

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophtalmology, and aims at treating traumatic iridocyclodialysis. A sclera is incised in a projection of cyclodialysis in line with its length. Therethrough an iris is anchored to a ciliary body at first within iridodialysis. Then the ciliary body with the iris anchored thereto is fixed to the sclera with interrupted sutures for the whole length of cyclodialysis. ^ EFFECT: method enables the surgical management for the greater length of iridocyclodialysis, the sequential and complete closure of iridodialysis and cyclodialysis, reduced surgical injuries. ^ 1 ex
