The laser level has a laser module (10) for generating a laser beam. An inclination module inclines the laser module with respect to horizontal reference axes at desired inclination angles, respectively. The inclination module has a linear motor (20) whose movable end i.e. screw end (22a), is connected to the laser module. A control module controls linear displacement of the movable end along a motor axis, where length of the displacement along the motor axis perpendicular to the reference axes passing via center of rotation (C) and the motor axis, depends on the desired angles.
