The system (1) has a removable fixing unit with a coupling lever having a hook (10) movable with respect to the lever between a locking position (P5) and an unlocking position. An elastic unit (12) e.g. spring, restrains the hook from the locking position toward the unlocking position. Control units e.g. control rod (13) and cam follower, control the hook, and are engaged with another lever (9) when the latter lever is in a retracted position (P3), to restrain the hook in the locking position of the edge against the restoring force of the elastic unit.
