PURPOSE: A terminal, a method for request resource, a method and a device for allocation resource are provided to effectively proceed an uplink resource allocation with protecting the upward link data transit delay and reduction of the signaling overhead. CONSTITUTION: A BR(Bandwidth Request) code generator(110) generates a bandwidth request code. The bandwidth request code comprises a slot code number and a UIUC(Uplink Interval Usage Code). A ranging channel decision unit(120) decides an electrical transmission ranging channel for the electrical transmission of a bandwidth request code based on the ranging channel information of the base station. A bandwidth request code transmit unit(130) transmits a bandwidth request code through a electrical transmission ranging channel.
