POLY-ORGANOSILICON COMPOSITIONS FOR LIGHT-EMITTING DIODE

PURPOSE: An organic polysilicon composition for light-emitting diodes is provided to maintain high optical transmittance, to exceedingly protect device against external shock, and to improve adhesion with a housing, thereby improving lifetime of light-emitting device. CONSTITUTION: An organic polysilicon composition for light-emitting diodes comprises: organic polysiloxane having two or more alkenyl groups in one molecule; organic polysiloxane having at least two or more epoxy groups and at least two or more alkenyl groups in a molecule in chemical formula 2; organic polyhydrogensiloxne having at least two or more Si-H functional groups in one molecule; and a precious metal hydrosilation catalyst. The composition additionally comprises additives, and the additives are selected from cyclic siloxane, cyclic siloxane having Si-H functional in molecule, a coupling agent, and a curable curing-time controller.
