FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: hydrodynamic pulsator includes hollow housing, seat with longitudinal slots, spring-loaded pusher with annular projection and replaceable head piece in axial channel, spring-loaded end valve with hollow stock enclosing the pusher, and annular chamber in hollow housing. In axial channel of hollow housing there additionally installed is support sleeve with longitudinal slots made on outer side. Pusher is equipped with end valve and installed so that it can interact with support sleeve. Replaceable head piece is also equipped with perforated cell and spring-loaded check valve. Hollow housing is equipped with frequency regulator including housing with adjusting sleeve, enclosing hollow stock so that movable connection is formed between them. Adjusting sleeve is equipped with annular groove. Housing is equipped with longitudinal through slots and a key, shell and adjusting sleeve with annular bore and coupling nut, which are connected to each other, with possibility of fixing sliding keys between them, which are installed so that they can pass through longitudinal through slots of the housing and form a link to the shell along annular groove. Hollow stock is passed beyond the shell limits and is borne against the spring installed in axial channel of lower adapter rigidly connected to the housing. ^ EFFECT: variation of pulsation frequency and amplitude without interruption of the process, insulation of the well high pressure zone from manifold after working fluid supply is stopped. ^ 3 dwg |
