PURPOSE: An oral shower washing and rotary toothbrush is provided to protect both the rotary tooth brush and a user gum by installing a protection unit in the rear side of the rotary toothbrush. CONSTITUTION: An oral shower washing and rotary toothbrush(2) includes a plurality of jetting holes with a diameter of 0.5 mm to 3mm on a head part for the oral shower washing function and the shower massage function. The toothbrush is formed to rotate in the clockwise and the counterclockwise repeatedly. The toothbrush brushes lower teeth and the gum semi-automatically or automatically using an electric motor. The toothbrush enables a user to brush the teeth by rotating from bottom to top.
