PURPOSE: A producing method of eco-friendly fiver color steamed bread is provided to enable users to select natural ingredients containing abundant amount of vitamins, calcium, starch and edible fibers for producing the bread. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of eco-friendly fiver color steamed bread comprises the following steps: mixing 70wt% of flour and 20wt% of organic rice powder, and freeze-drying the mixture for 8-10 hours before pulverizing into 180 meshes; adding 7wt% of ingredient powder selected from mulberry powder, rubi fructus powder, pumpkin powder, black-rice powder, mulberry leaf power, dandelion leaf powder, lotus leaf powder, or ramie leaf powder to the grain powder; adding sugar, bamboo salt powder, enzymes, yeast, unrefined rice wine, and milk to the powder mixture, and kneading the mixture with purified water; firstly aging the obtained dough before inserting red bean paste; secondly aging the dough for an hour; and thirdly aging the dough at room temperature before steaming for 14 minutes.
