<p>The device has a board (S) i.e. strip, with a rectangular shaped plate (1) provided with a dome (2) on its upper surface. A tubular element (T) is surrounded by a tab (7) having complementary shape as that of the dome. Longitudinal lower lateral walls (31) of the board extend perpendicular from a lower surface (1b) of the plate such that a lower tube (8) of the element is arranged against plane lower surfaces of the walls through an external surface of the element when the element is mounted on the board.</p> |
