PURPOSE: A power management apparatus and a control method thereof are provided to easily calculate electrical charge according to electric consumption by collecting and storing the electric consumption consumed in each consumer according to electricity price. CONSTITUTION: A storing part(340) stores price level corresponding to a plurality of electricity price. The storing part stores display information corresponding to the price level. A communications part(310) receives electricity price according to time of today from a power supply. A controller(320) confirms the price level corresponding to the electricity price according to time of today. A control panel part(330) indicates the electricity price according to time of today by the price level in a clock window.
