<p>PURPOSE: A producing method of an instant konjac(devil`s-tongue jelly) can, and the konjac can are provided to pack konjac with seasoned soup using skipjack tuna for enabling users to eat the konjac with the soup. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an instant konjac can comprises the following steps: preparing 1,000g of konjac colloid solution obtained by adding purified water and alkaline calcium hydroxide into konjac powder, and adding 20-50g of starch into the solution to obtain konjac(S1); mixing 500-750g of purified water and 250-500g of skipjack tuna extract to obtain seasoned soup(S2); mixing the konjac and the seasoned soup in a mixed ratio or 3-5:5-7, and inserting the mixture into a metal container(S3); and sealing the metal container by vacuuming and steam-sterilizing(S4).</p> |
