PURPOSE: An aerogel emulsion is provided to ensure broad application range, high effectiveness and profitability, to facilitate high temperature application because an application ratio of whole inorganic materials, and to prevent the scattering of aerogel. CONSTITUTION: An emulsion aerogel composition comprises aerogel 5~40 wt%; micro cement 5~30 wt%; titanium gypsum and/or hemihydrate 3~15 wt%; CSA expansion material 1~5 wt%; silica fume 1~10 wt%; acrylic acid ester redispersible powder 0.5~20 wt%; polyacrylamide 0.1~3 wt%; magnesium oxide 0.5~15 wt%; melamine sulfonate formaline condensate 0.1~2 wt%; at least one kind of fiber 0.1~10 wt%; at least one 0.1~10 wt% selected from an polyacrylic acid ester, polyacrylic acid, sodium polyacrylate, polymethacrylic acid, polyaluminum chloride, aluminium sulfate, magnesium silicate, magnesium chloride, polynaphthalene sulfonate, lignin sulfonate, and polycarbonate; and at least one 30~80 wt% selected from water, water-soluble urethane emulsion, water-soluble acryl emulsion, water-soluble silicon emulsion, silica colloid, and nano silica emulsion.
