PURPOSE: A wall mount type monitor device is provided to rotate a monitor in order for a user to watch a monitor regardless of viewing angle by installing a rotary hinge device on a monitor. CONSTITUTION: A box type monitor hole cover(1) of a box type is installed on a wall and equips a front surface. A sliding rail(2) is fixed to the rear wall of a monitor hole cover. A rotary hinge device(3) is installed in the end of the sliding rail. The center part of the rear side of a monitor(4) is fixed to a rotary hinge apparatus. The front side of the monitor is inserted in the monitor hole cover.
