PURPOSE: A tension device for a strand is provided to uniformly apply a load to each strand when multiple strands are tensed regardless of the length differences of the strands. CONSTITUTION: A tension device for a strand comprises a gripping unit(10), a main tension unit(20), and a load control unit(30). The gripping unit is coupled to strands(1) protruded from an anchor head and grip the strands. The main tension unit supplies tensile force to the strands by upward pressing the gripping unit. The load control unit uniformly distributes the pressing force applied by the main tension unit to each tension unit. The load control unit has support blocks(31) and lifting cylinders. The support blocks support the strands. The lifting cylinders lift up the support blocks.
