METHOD MANUFACTURING ELECTRODE OF DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL AND DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL HAVING ELECTRODE THEREOF

<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an electrode of a dye-sensitized solar cell and the dye-sensitized solar cell including the electrode manufactured by the same are provided to form a thin metal electrode on a transparent substrate by using an inkjet printing process. CONSTITUTION: A barrier layer is deposited on a transparent substrate to improve coating performance of a transparent conductive layer. A metal electrode is formed by spraying ink solutions with nano metal powder on the transparent substrate. A transparent conductive layer is formed on the transparent substrate with the metal electrode. The transparent conductive layer protects the metal electrode from an electrolyte. The metal electrode has a width of 50 to 300 um and a thickness of 500 to 600 nm.</p>
