PURPOSE: A novel type band-aid containing lysozyme without causing tolerance is provided to sterilize bacteria by hydrolyzing substances forming the cell membrane of the bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A novel type band-aid containing lysozyme includes a supporting body(1), a drug layer(2), and a releasing film(3). The supporting body includes an adhesive and a lysozyme hydrochloride layer. The lysozyme hydrochloride layer is formed by soaking a piece of gauze or cotton with a solution of lysozyme hydrochloride, or spreading the lysozyme hydrochloride solution on the gauze or the cotton.
