PURPOSE: A method for setting the control parameter of a powder supply apparatus is provided to accurately set control parameters by accurately measuring the supplying quantity and speed of powder. CONSTITUTION: A method for setting the control parameter of a powder supply apparatus is as follows. First and second drive units(130,150) of a powder supply apparatus(10) are operated. A vertical pin(122) is moved to a pre-set first height to supply powder(20) through an ejection port(100A). The weight of the powder supplied for a pre-set time is measured. The measured weight is stored in a memory device(172). Until the vertical pin approaches a pre-set second height, the height of the vertical pin is gradually changed to obtain data of the supplied amount of the powder. The control parameters of the powder supply apparatus are set based on the obtained data.
