PURPOSE: A photoelectric conversion device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily eliminate an area in which illumination light is blocked by arranging a part of an electrode formed on both substrates of a photoelectric conversion element to be crossed not to be overlapped. CONSTITUTION: A second substrate(120) is arranged to be opposite to a first substrate(110). A first finger electrode(114a), a first collector electrode(114c), and a first grid pattern(114) are formed on the first substrate. A second finger electrode(124a), a second collector electrode(124c), and a second grid pattern(124) are formed on the second substrate. An electrolyte is filled between the first substrate and the second substrate. A sealing member(130) is formed around the electrolyte to surround the electrolyte. |
