PURPOSE: A jig apparatus for laser welding a plated steel sheet is provided to easily discharge welding gas from the plated steel sheet by spraying blower air to between upper and lower steel sheets. CONSTITUTION: A jig apparatus for laser welding a plated steel sheet comprises a cushion unit(40), a pin(51), an air pipe(55) and a valve(59). The cushion unit is mounted on the leading end of each clamper(29). The cushion unit supplies cushion force to the plated steel sheet to be welded. The pin is installed to match with a hole so that a part of the pin is protruded to the top of each locator(25). The pin comprises an air hole(53), which connects upper ends to the lower ends. The air pipe is connected to the lower part of each pin. The air pipe supplies blower air. The valve is installed on one side on the air pipe. The valve controls the air pipe. |
