The device has a piston rod (80) threadably engaged to a handle (70) such that rotation of the handle relative to a cylinder (60) causes the rod to translate relative to the cylinder and drive a piston (90) towards another end of the cylinder to decrease volume of a reservoir to pump product from a product reservoir (101) through the cylinder and through a product dispensing chamber to be delivered out from a housing end. An end of a valve cylinder is selectively blocked to form a pooling area for maintaining product integrity within the reservoir.
