FIELD: weapons and ammunition. ^ SUBSTANCE: method to produce SPP for a 9 mm pistol cartridge includes preliminary preparation of a plasticised powder mass consisting of 68-72 wt % of pyroxylin 1 Pl with content of nitrogen oxide 212-214 ml NO/g, 28-32 wt % of nitroglycerine, 0.3-0.5 wt % diphenylamine and 0.2-0.4 wt % mollite II, afterwards, the following components are added to 1.7-3.6 wt parts of water relative to powder mass and pyroxylin 1 Pl, while mixing: 78-82 wt % of powder mass and 18-22 wt % of the specified pyroxylin, 2.5-3.5 wt parts of ethyl acetate are added per one part of powder components, and within 40-60 minutes a powder varnish is prepared at the temperature of 58-60C, then, after introduction of an emulsifier - a hide glue in amount of 0.8-4.0 wt % relative to water, dispersion of the powder varnish is carried out at 60-68C for 40-60 minutes, a dehydrating salt is introduced - sodium sulfate in amount of 0.8-3.0 wt % relative to water, and in 20-30 minutes dissolvent distillation is carried out. ^ EFFECT: production of a solid SPP with evenly distributed porosity in spherical elements and provides for stability of performance in a 9 mm pistol cartridge. ^ 1 tbl, 3 ex |
