PURPOSE: A gas spring is provided to enable the uniform maintenance of the repulsive power of a piston rod. CONSTITUTION: A housing(2) comprises a plurality of divided chambers. A piston rod(4) comprises a piston corresponding to the chamber of the housing and moves in a reciprocating motion on one end of the housing. A valve(6) is arranged inside the housing and comprises a path connecting a plurality of chambers. A valve controller(8) is placed inside the housing to correspond to the valve. The valve controller opens and closes the path of the valve by being transformed according to external temperature. A wrong operation preventing unit is placed to correspond to the valve controller and guide the interrupting operation of the valve controller.
