PURPOSE: An optical disc drive is provided to form spiral ridges in an end of a guide feed, thereby efficiently preventing the end of the guide feed from being separated from spiral threads. CONSTITUTION: A lead screw(12) is rotated by driving a step motor. A guide feed(20) is in connection with rotation of the lead screw. The guide feed horizontally moves an optical pickup to an inner circumference and an outer circumference of an optical disc. Spiral ridges(200) are formed on the end of the guide feed. The spiral ridges surround spiral threads of the lead screw.
