FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: slag extracted from dump is subject to screening with separation of metal filter cakes which are supplied to open-hearth furnace for re-melting. Slag is washed with water on the screen with extraction of silicone oxide and calcium carbonate, which are supplied for clinker production. Washed slag is subject to magnetic separation at magnetic field intensity of 3000-6000 oersteds with separation of iron globules which are supplied to electric furnace or open-hearth furnace for re-melting. Then, slag is crushed in rotary crusher and magnetic separation of iron oxide is performed at magnetic field intensity of 7000-9000 oersteds, which is then supplied for agglomeration. Slag is subject to screening into factions so that slag sand is obtained with fraction size of less than 0-5 mm and slag stones with size of 5-30 mm, which are used for preparation of structural concretes and solutions. ^ EFFECT: invention provides complex processing of components of blast-furnace and open-hearth slags. ^ 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 2 ex |
