<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp tendencies of satisfactory points and dissatisfactory points for a service or a product by analyzing word-of-mouth information on a communication network. <P>SOLUTION: A word-of-mouth information management system 11 collects information related to word-of-mouth contributed to registered websites from a web server by accessing the registered websites, stores them in a word-of-mouth information storage part 27, analyzes contents of the information related to word-of-mouth stored in the word-of-mouth information storage part 27 by a word-of-mouth analysis part 29. The system 11 specifies one or more category (categories) of evaluation targets in the word-of-mouth, determines whether an evaluation on each category of evaluation targets is positive or negative, and specifies classification of evaluation words used for evaluating each category of evaluation targets so as to store analysis results in an analysis result storage part 33 by associating them with the word-of-mouth. An information display part 35 classifies and displays the word-of-mouth based on the category (categories) of evaluation targets, the determination results and the classification of the evaluation words stored in the analysis result storage part 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
