<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a store information system using visible light communication that speedily provides sales area information to customers. <P>SOLUTION: A LED illumination 10 illuminates each sales area in a store and transmits positional information using visible light communication. An information management server 20 transmits/receives sales area information, customer information or the like stored in a database by radio. A terminal device 30 receives the positional information transmitted from the LED illumination 10 with a visible light reception unit 31. The terminal device 30 acquires customer identification information of a point card 50 with a card information acquisition unit 40. The information management server 20, based on the customer identification information, transmits the customer information from a customer database 22.
