<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To draw the attention of users to a shop joining an online shopping mall by presenting users of the online shopping mall with presented objects by lottery. <P>SOLUTION: Request reception time processing is executed at each reception of an HTTP request. When determination is made that the received request is order request (step S44:YES), order reception processing is executed (step S45). For instance, based on order content information corresponding to the request, processing of establishing the order is performed. Then, lottery processing is executed (step S46). Then, the HTML document of the order completion page is transmitted to a transmission source of the request (step S47) to finish the request reception time processing.
