<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which allows a flexible response to a cancel and a refund even when the cancel is generated after an payment was made. <P>SOLUTION: An order management system includes a reception part for receiving a prepaid commodity order and a cancel request for an order, a progress management part for managing progress of commodity production by classifying the progress for each situation and transmitting information including commodity classification information, a storage part for storing the transmitted classification information when the progress management part transmits the classification information, a cancel determination part for determining whether a cancel request for an order is accepted or not based on the classification information stored in the storage part, a refund amount calculation part for calculating a refund amount when the cancel determination part determined an acceptance of the cancel, and a refund part for refunding the refund amount to an commodity orderer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
