<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle lamp that improves visibility from the front and rear of a vehicle in light emitted from light-emitting diodes, while improving external appearance, and a vehicle having the same. <P>SOLUTION: A front blinker 238L provided on a motorcycle includes: a base member 128; a substrate supported by the base member 128; light-emitting diodes 122 mounted on the substrate; and a transparent cover member mounted on the base member 128 so as to surround the light-emitting diodes 122 and the substrate. In the cover member, the rear face 242 facing a light transmitting part 208 which is formed on the optical axis of the light-emitting diodes 122 to transmit light emitted from the light-emitting diodes 122, and a pair of side faces 244 extending from the rear face 242 to the light transmitting part 208 so as to sandwich the light-emitting diodes 122 therebetween, are subjected to dimming or light-shielding treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
