PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting module that can suppress glare by means of an easy-to-manufacture, cost-effective louver.

SOLUTION: A light emitting module 1 includes: a plurality of light emitting diodes 11; a substrate 2 having a surface mounted with the light emitting diodes 11 and having a conductive pattern connecting each mounted light emitting diode 11; and louver elements 22 projecting from the substrate surface around the plurality of light emitting diodes 11. The louver elements 22 eliminate a necessity of providing individual louver members attached to the light emitting module 1 and can suppress glare.
