<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor in which a sensing part is formed at a location distant from a field-effect transistor for measurement. <P>SOLUTION: A biosensor includes multiple scan lines, multiple data lines, multiple sensing parts and a second transistor. Each of the sensing parts includes: a sensor electrode; a sensitive membrane arranged on the sensor electrode; and a first transistor that electrically connects the sensor electrode and any one of the data lines when being connected to any one of the scan lines and selected by the scan line. The second transistor includes a gate electrode that is electrically connected through the data line to the sensor electrode in the sensing part electrically connected to the data line, by selection by the scan line, and that contacts a semiconductor film through an insulator film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
