<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for maintaining excellent communication performance of an RFID inlet, through preventing a human body from touching an attachment position of the RFID inlet. <P>SOLUTION: An RFID tag 100 in the embodiment has an RFID inlet 4 including an IC chip 41 and an antenna 42, and a tag substrate 2 where the RFID inlet 4 is attached. The RFID inlet 4 is attached on one face of the tag substrate 2, forming a blank space on the same face.
