<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-processing system which has an inexpensive structure and a compact size, reduces the folding height of the folding portion of a saddle-stitched or center-folded sheet bundle, and improves saddle-stitching or center-folding quality, and an image forming system. <P>SOLUTION: Image-formed sheets P carried from the image forming system M are bundled in a staple tray, and end stitching processing is performed or center stitching is performed to the conveying direction of the sheet bundle. Then, a paper folding blade 203 is applied to almost the same position as the stitching position of the stitched sheet bundle and center-folding processing is performed. Otherwise, center-folding processing is performed without stitching after bundling the same in the staple tray. This system has press boards 219 and 220 which are a press means of the paper folding blade 203 in the downstream side of the paper folding blade 203 in the sheet conveying direction, a pressure transmission member which transmits a pressing pressure, and a pressure moving member which moves the pressing pressure to the sheet conveying direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
