<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water-type emulsified cosmetic excellent in feeling in use and emulsion stability, and enabling itself to be prepared as a translucent cosmetic. <P>SOLUTION: The oil-in-water-type emulsified cosmetic comprises: (A) one or more kinds selected from polyoxyethylene sorbitol fatty acid ester 10-15 in HLB number; (B) one or more kinds selected from polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil; (C) one or more kinds selected from 12-22C higher alcohol and/or 12-22C fatty acid monoglyceryl; (D) water; and (E) one or more kinds of electrolyte.
